16th Street Exterior

HISTORIC RESTORATION

The elevation façade & roof framing sustained serious structural damage. Restoration consisted of detailed moldings, millwork, corbel, radius trim pieces, and tapered wood columns. The entry doors were made custom with light openings and mortise hardware.

New electrical, plumbing, and stained glass décor were restored within the beautiful Victorian building. This project took a span of only nine months, which was two months ahead of schedule.
